REALIT GROUP
The Realit Group is a group of companies working in the field of extrusion of aluminium profiles, located in Kaluga region in the city of Obninsk, Russia.
The enterprise produces high quality aluminium profiles in a wide range. The plant has up-to-date equipment unique for Russia. It is equipped with a production circuit, from casting equipment (one smelting of 21 t, total production output is 16000 t/year), three presses of capacity 2800 t, 1800 t and 1250 t with air-water quenching and 2 pullers (of 25000 t annual output) to horizontal powder painting of the finished profiles with 10 chemical preparation baths and a vertical line of the painting equipped by 4-th generation of disks of disk system drawing of a powder paint (productivity 13500 t annual output).
The highly skilled workers of the enterprise ensure high quality output. The Realit company is engaged in the working out, manufacturing, promoting and selling of its own systemic architectural profiles and it also extrudes any profile by orders.
The Realit company guarantees that all manufactured products are of the highest quality, as a quality management system is currently being used at the enterprise to meet the procedures and regulations of the International Standard Organization ISO 9001.
The Realit Group makes a major contribution to the development of the construction industry of Russia, generates income for local economy and solves part of the unemployment problems through the attracting of labor force and the development of the enterprise.
